^This. I have a can of soda a day and have not had any hindrance in weight loss. I see no reason to deprive myself of something that tastes good and can lift my mood (not to mention its a tasty item I look forward to). As another person said moderation! :)

If you have been a member of a gym in the past you already know there is nothing to be afraid of. I guess what it would come down to is addressing whatever is making you feel anxious about joining. Just remember, no one cares how out of shape a person is at the gym. Everyone there is there for the same thing, to be fit.

Fair enough. Please take this advice though. If your current dentist cant get you in for a month try finding another that can help you sooner. Mouth pain is the worst.

Obviously get to the dentist, but in the meantime, foods that you do not have to chew. I've had three root canals done and was always to stubborn to get them done before the pain got out of control. May be worth reading up on body weight exercises. Your body will weight more than the weights you have and you can get one hell of a full body workout at home just using things like chairs, pull up bars etc.
