I've lost 10 lbs in my first 4 weeks and am very pleased with that. Lots of walking, swimming and making sure I am not going over my calorie allowance. I am loving it and am already getting back into some of my smaller clothes. Bring on February! Good luck all for the next 4 weeks.

I log mine a day in advance that way I know what I'm eating the following day. I leave snacks and exercise until the actual day but complete the rest. I find this works for me, along with completing a weekly menu plan on a Sunday evening before I go shopping on a Monday.

I plan all mine & Hubby's meals on a Sunday evening and pin the weekly menu on the fridge. Monday I go to the wet market for fresh fruit, veg, chicken and beef, Then I go to supermarket with a list (most important!) for other things. Feel free to add me as a friend. I'm 5ft 1.5 and currently weigh 160. My goal weight is 112. A couple of years ago I lost 64 lbs and was only a stone away from goal but sadly it all went wrong after that!! Back with it now though and this time I will hit goal weight and stay there.

I drink so much water that sometimes I need a Diet Pepsi for a change. I only drink 1 or 2 cans a week though, no more than that.
