Dont beat yourself up....i find that starts of a cycle of bad thoughts! Just try and do a bit more exercise today to make up for it, but if you're over you calories...nevermind. Tomorrow is a new day. And you're only on day 2!! Its hard to go from bad habits to a new healthier lifestyle overnight. Keep going :)
