What a nice positive way to start the day!
My legs and newly acquired biceps.
Thank you weights and spin class.
Now to get the stomach area on board with the plan! :grumble:0 -
I really like my eyes0

Great post!
Love my cheek bones
Pretty proud of my bum too lol
and my arms and legs are both pretty muscular
...really its just the mid section that needs work! lol0 -
I love my eyes and my smile. I love that this body gave life to my children, nourished them and comforts them.
I love my height (5'7" tall). It is perfectly average. I can buy most pants right off the rack and they are the right length. I have short friends and tall friends who are fighting to find petites and tall clothes. I don't need that hassle.0 -
The fact the my wife still enjoys it after 33+ years...... :laugh:0

My boobs! lol And my eyes.
I see in your ticker P90X. How is that as a workout? How much did you weigh when you started? My husband and I bought the DVD set, as we both really need to drop some weight (why I am here), but I don't want to get hurt doing it. I almost bought an ellipitical machine the other day, but the weight limit was 260 lbs. and he weighs more than that. No point in that one right now.
Thanks!0 -
I love my collar bones because they are very prominent, and I just really like collar bones for some reason, not just on me, but on everyone. *shrugs*
I also love my hands. I have very elegant hands, with long thing fingers, and very long oval nails that I keep pristinely manicured. I'm very much a fan of perfect, 1940s style nails, and mine are always painted red with a blank half-moon. (Like Dita von Teese)0 -
The fact that, despite the odd injury and there being too much of it, it WORKS and I can make it do lots of cool stuff like hiking, cycling and kayaking.0

I love that my body is, for the most part, healthy and that everything works. I get up each day and am not limited by my body. My mind, now that's another story;)0

My facial features (namely my nose, I have always liked my nose).
My derriere, lol.
My long legs.
My neck/collarbone area (sounds weird, but I do like this area of my body).
I mostly appreciate that I am generally healthy individual0 -
Very uplifting thread! My faves are my dimples, calves and the new muscles showing up in my arms!0

My butt, thighs, legs...especially in heels! My smile, I always try to send good energy to folks I smile at and get lots of compliments Great idea for a forum to think about the positive aspects about ourselves0

My butt. It's super toned and has curves, not fat curves, muscle.0

I love my eyes, lips and.....wrists and ankles. O.o I knows it weird but they're the only part about me that are dainty. lol!
Same as - wrists and ankles, they are little and what i aim for the rest of my body to be in proportion to0 -
I like my feet. They are small and all my toes line up pretty evenly. They are a bit short and stubby but I think they are cute, personally I think they look way better than long finger like toes hehe. I also love my green eyes.0
-
My eyes, and my boobs, not trying to be sexual or anything but they are pretty fantastic lol0

I like my height (except when buying clothing) and I love that my body responses well to working out ..... now I just have to work out.0
