I have remote hilly sand trails out my back door, that go forever, I trail run 2-5 mi/day and HIIT all summer and fall, And I snowshoe the trails in the winter, feel free to add me

M-W-F-stage one, weight training according to NROWLFW, Im in 3rd week, HIIT 20-30 min on treadmill, M-W-F after lifting, tues and thurs, walking or snowshoeing, sat and sun rest days.

At your your age,height, with all the exercise, you are probably not eating enough, check bmr, and figure out your tdee

I own a bar....so, I only allow my self to drink, fri, and one other day, so 2 days aweek, if I wasnt hard on myself, I would drink daily, I dont think it inhibits weight loss, just delays it.

Yes, especially with exercising, or your body will burn muscle first, without the added cals.
