Is exercising 6 days per week active...lol...my focus is lifting challenging weights and not an excess of cardio....so if that is yours feel free to add me as a friend. It's what helped me lose the majority of my weight along with making good food choices as a whole.

TGIF DWOP! Got TUFFer Phase 1 week 4 DONE! For the majority of the exercises I went lower reps/high weights. I feel good about my overall progress in strength for this routine.
