I have a very hard time on the weekends too. So much easier to be good during the week when I'm busy with work and on a schedule.

Great job!! Im glad you posted this. I'm on week 3 and see some results, but am up 3 lbs....frustrated that the scale isnt doing what i want....so this goes to show that it does work, even though I'm not seeing results on the scale...You look great!!

Glad you posted this. I just started P90X Monday, which means, I too did my first yoga last night. Well, at least attempted to do yoga. It definitly made me feel defeated, and I didn't even make it 40 minutes in before giving up. I'm already tight on time as far as working out goes, so spending an hour and a half on yoga…

Well, my tv died in my bedroom so I haven't been able to do 30DS much. Only a couple days a week. I have been doing C25K three days a week. I've lost 3 lbs and a total of 5 inches. I just moved up to level 2 this week. How's everyone else doing?
