Ok...
This is my first time posting pics and making my own thread so bare with me. I re-started MFP in Julyish and weighed 10lbs more than I did when I first joined the site so my ticker is 10lbs light. Here is my progressive timeline.
I forgot to add I measured my body yesterday and i know for sure that i've lost 3inches + on my *kitten*, 3+ on my stomach and 1 inch on my neck.

Thanks!
I plateu'd this past month and it was really discouraging. I started exercising more now that it's nice and I just bought a Fitbit. I also just started trying out a Thermogenic called Oxyelite Pro. I'm not crazy on the pills and such but i've lost 1.5 lbs over the weekend so it seems to be working.0 -
Well done , you have done so well.
You can see such a difference in your pictures, your hard work is paying off, give yourself a huge pat on the back and keep up the good work :-)0 -
I've never been crazy about diet pills. There are too many negative side effects for my tastes.0

Me either honestly. I took Hydroxycut Hardcore in 2007 and it made me feel high and i gained it all back. I'm just taking GNC Mega Mens vitamins currently and trying out the thermogenic pills. They don't make me feel funny. The thermogenic is just a metabolism booster / fat burner.0

Nice work!
What is you calorie daily limit? What sort of workouts you doing.. Just curious by the way0 -
1740cals
Set at Sedentary - I work nights at a local Casino doing IT Support 4 days a week. (Yay Desk Job)
Set at 1-2 20 min workouts.
Set to lose 1.5lbs a week.
I walk about 1.5 mile at least 2 times a week and try to jog the last 3 or so blocks. I also rollerblade when its nice. When i can do that i do about 3miles. Although i did 3.60 miles on Sunday.
I take GNC Mega Men's Energy and Metabolism for Vitamin's and i'm playing with samples of a Thermogenic right now. (OxyElite Pro) I always drink a protein shake after my workouts. GNC Lean Shake, it has 25grams of protein, 170 cals, and it tastes good! Pricey yes but it's worth it to lose the weight.
I also try to stay away from anything high in sodium, eat alot of meats, (Chicken Mainly).0 -

Thanks I've went from 42-40 pants to 38-36. I've got a pair of shorts and a pair of Khaki's in 36's now. My favorite jeans i got after i lost 25lbs are too big now... I my Lucky Brand Jeans. I can't wait until i get into the 2-teens. My goal is 195 but i plan to keep at it after that. The closer i get to 195 the better I feel though. I went through my closet and gathered up all of my 40+ pants and XXL polo's and they will be given to friends or Goodwill!0

Congrats on your weight loss. 35 lbs makes a huge difference!
That tracker is about 10lbs light. I've actually lost about 57lbs. When i started this site I was 258-260 then i lost some quit and gained upto 270. That's when i made the lifestyle change.0 -
I gained some back shortly after my last post due to my Grandfather dying of cancer. I got all the way back upto 224. Now i've been riding bicycles, running, walking, rollerblading, and going to the YMCA. In the past month i've gotten down to 214.8 now and I have lost a notch on my belt loop.
So Non Scale Victory today! I went to Old Navy after having lunch with my Spousal Unit. I thought hmm... these Nautica 36x30 are pretty loose today. Maybe i'll try on some 34x30s. Went and found a pair I liked and while not a perfectly comfortable fit I could zip them up and button them. I could probably wear them before washing them. So that kind of made my day!
I even have a pic to prove I had them on! Call me a weirdo if you must but it made me feel good enough that I snapped a pic like a tween and texted it to my wife.
