Thank you for taking time to reply. You’re truly inspirational to me! I’ve upped my calorie intake the last two days but it’s messing with my head. I keep reminding myself that I’m still eating way less than I was. I’m also way more active than I’ve been in months.

NSV today: I did my usual 40-45 minutes on the elliptical but burned an extra 100 calories. The first time I glanced down at the clocked 20 minutes had already passed and I found myself pedaling faster.
