9/05 - 145. Hanging steady, and I think I saw the needle nudging toward 144. Made time to be active yesterday and it felt so good! I picked up a midday snack yesterday that turned out to be 780 calories! It was printed right on the bag, but I didn't read it until after I ate. Oops. A light dinner and exercise helped balance the day.
9/06 - 144. Yes! Did a little fist pump when I saw a loss this morning. Today, I'm wearing a pair of pants that I bought during Round 47. I had to add a belt.

Totally agree re: posting SW & how empowering it is as we lose.
And whether one has 100 or 50 or 10 or even the need to gain weight, we are all facing challenges head-on. No stage easier or more difficult than the other. OK, I take that back, I found the middle difficult..down 30 lbs, but no one really noticed & not really looking as I wanted to in clothes. I just kept focused on habits & walking with a 4lb per month goal, and got through it.7 -

I'm was disappointed with myself last night after a mini-sugar binge. My wife brought home a chocolate brownie cake that was not good for my calories. But this morning I was down 2 lbs so I'm not so upset. I'm also remembering it's more about the fact that my mini-binge was for a few minutes instead of giving up on an entire day of good eating because of a minor mistake.

9/06 - 189.6 - did some reps with my hand weights yesterday and 45 min on elliptical. Slowly but surely...oh and also, I just ate homemade soup for dinner and I'm still hungry!!!

@MadisonMolly2017 I can totally relate to that "invisible" 30 pound mark. Thank Goodness I'm finally past that now. It can be discouraging, but I agree about pushing past it. At some point, EVERYONE notices the weight loss and all the effort pays off in many ways!4 -

05/09 Had a pretty active day yesterday, good logging too (tiny bit over - cardio hunger kills me everytime lol). Non-scale goal challenges going well so far this month. Today's aim is to finish at or under my calorie goal and get a good upper body workout in this evening before heading out on the water for an evening row.
06/09 Stayed under calorie goal yesterday, got a lot of exercise in (walked 7km, rowed a couple of km, upper body strength workout), macro split was perfect - for once - until I realised I didn't have as much cereal at home as I thought
07/09 Started Carb Loading for Saturday's race (I am rowing a traditional Irish boat 22 miles up the River Thames), also Shark Week so weigh ins will probably be a little erratic this round with a bunch of water weight coming off this time next week. Will be logging food whilst away but most likely at maintenance/just above.9 -

9/05: 68.6 - That random fluctuation has come back down to normal levels
9/06: 68.4 - Keep dropping down. MFP has just told me that I've lost over 50% of my goal. That's pretty big to me. Been having a really tough time with the puppy the last few days, feeling tired, feeling hungry, feeling lazy. Had a glass of wine last night (really not very good wine, won't be buying that one again) but still kept within my range (all be it right at the top of it). Did a lot more standing and walking and heavy lifting yesterday than normal, so probably fine.
9/07: 68.0 - I do not deserve that. Yesterday wasn't a good day at all. Over all goals. Free breakfast at work (sausages sandwiches) so ate too much then. Saved some for lunch and so had that in addition to my actual lunch. Then I ate dinner even though I wasn't at all hungry. And had some wine. Sigh. Not good for the calories, but I'll get back on it today. The drop on the scales is definitely not fair on myself

9/07 71 - the needle is so close to being below 71, but not quite yet. TOM is here and I have a hen do tonight, so may use this as an excuse to indulge a little. I estimated a lot yesterday, lunch and dinner, and then went over in the eve as i needed some snacks. I didn't go crazy, but it was more than I should have eaten. Was bloated like a baloon in the eve, so I knew TOM was imminent. So maybe I'll get below 71 over the weekend if I don't lose control completlely9 -
Starting, again... I had a bad month, I gained weight. I'll try to diet and go to the gym 5 times a week. I don't have a strict goal for this challenge, I just want to control my diet, don't binge, drink more water and exercise.

9/07 - 251.4...125 oz of water, under calories by 7 and 25 min. walk. Drank extra water in an attempt to try and fill myself up because I was craving junk. Was able to stay away from the cake and cheesecake but ate a chocolate bar. Normally I would have broken down and eaten all of it.

9/04 - 149.4
9/05 - 147.2 - This is the first time seeing this low of a number on my early morning weigh ins, usually see it on the weekends when I sleep in. Hoping to see it again bright and early tomorrow and know I'm finally getting back on track and dropping pounds.
9/06 - 149.4 - sore muscles and too many pieces of homemade pizza. Worked out (day 5) and enjoyed the pool yesterday. Day 6 Cardio workout today and healthier dinner choices need to be made along with drinking more water.
9/07 - 150.2 - I guess I'm just gaining now. I don't know what's going on, nothing has changed besides I get up earlier now through the week. Never wanted to be in the 50s again so I'm really discouraged today and after the past few rounds I'm just ready to throw in the towel and just forget about my weight. Maybe I'll take a break from weighing in everyday for the rest of the round and regroup, rethink, remotivate myself and come back strong next round. Day 6 Cardio became an active rest day (which should of been today, Day 7) as my legs were still too sore yesterday but I have it scheduled into my day today and will get it done. Not giving up on working out as it continues to make me feel strong, healthy and actually in control of something.

9/06 173.0 (+0.4) This "gain" is because I had to eat before weighing in (which I normally don't do). My boyfriend had to wake me up and literally feed me because my blood sugar was so low. Have to be super careful with my insulin dosages since I've lost so much weight. This is the first time this has happened

9/05 - 154 - The scale actually flashed at 154.5, then it went to 153.5 three times, so I went with an average. I realized after I posted yesterday that I started this challenge 120 days ago. I've lost 20 pounds since starting this challenge and received a lot of good advice from reading comments. I don't know if I would have stuck with this weight loss without all the support and empathy from this group. Thank you to all!
9/06 - 152.5 - Well, there's a little whoosh!
9/07 - 152.5 - I'm really surprised I didn't have a little bounce back. I'll take it.
