NSV- finally got back out on my mountain bike yesterday for a nice hilly ride, taught my 16 yo son a new recipe that he cooked for dinner for the fam, got my DH out on the bike too. 9/05 160 went over on calories yesterday and had a late dinner.
9/06 160 So often I feed the kiddos and get busy with household duties, put them to bed and realize I haven't eaten dinner (and then it's late). We used to all sit down and eat together, but since the new baby it's hard to do sometimes. Going to work on that. I always enjoyed sitting down as a family at dinner time. It'll also help that I'm not eating so late as well.

9/05--218.4 Did some extra snacking yesterday evening. I think it was because I was feeling tired due to a restless dog during the night before. Now I know that being tired is a trigger to my snacking I will plan for next time. Still showing a downward trend. Yoga tonight.
9/06--218.2 I want to get back into doing C25K tonight. Between the excessive heat and bad air over the last couple of weeks I haven't done any running since July 1st and I really want to do a 5k this fall. So tonight I am going to take the dog out for a little running and walking.

9/05 173.4/ I knew those 3 pounds were just water weight. I drank a lot of water yesterday, stayed within my calorie goals, and squeezed in a work-out. My boxing class starts again on Monday which should help me stay on track. My goal for this challenge is to be in the 171s, but I would love to get out of this decade. For anyone feeling discouraged, take a look at my SW for each challenge. My weight is all over the place during each 10 day challenge, but my SW shows the progress.
9/06 174.2/ I went over calories last night so I’m not too surprised by the gain. I’m hoping it goes down for tomorrow or Saturday as I tend to log a weight in MFP on either of those days.

I am a 49 year old 5'4" woman. I will be 50 by the time this round ends though. I am trying to get healthier to avoid diabetes and all of the problems that come from being overweight.
I have found this challenge to be both rewarding and frustrating! Looking at my weight daily has been a real eye opener to see all of the fluctuations and how a high carb day will affect me and the loss for 2-3 days after. On the other hand when I look at the big picture and the averages it has been a consistent loss except for one round.

9/06 - 180.8 Holding steady but need to get back down. Still fighting a week of ups, down, travel and mishaps. My lowest weight last round was 177.4. Working my way back. Overall a very good day on eating plan but little to no movement. Had a paperwork catch-up day and was on my bum nearly all day and evening. YESTERDAY’S STATS according to fitbit & MFP: 21 Net Carbs. 1272 Calories In/ 2100 Calories Out. 5,852 total steps. 2.48 total miles. 9/13 (250) step hours. 5 hours 43 minutes of sleep which felt good. Hi, my name is Andrea. This is my second round and I am glad to have this group to keep me accountable. I am 47 and have 2 school-aged kids (9 and 12) that keep me running with appointments, after school clubs and dance classes. I am making a commitment to get healthier for me and them. My ultimate goals are to lower my cholesterol, A1C and blood pressure with a goal weight of 140 to get me into the normal BMI range. My short term goal would be to get out of the obese range, so a goal of 169. I love having the even shorter 10-day goal to keep it really obtainable.

9/5 Wednesday, 194.7. -0.4 from yesterday and -1.3 from R51. I will take it after poor choices made over a 4-day weekend to the beach. Yesterday was great. I stayed under my calorie budget and did not eat anything after 6:30. Today's goal is to stay under budget and 30 minutes of cardio at the gym.
9/6 Thursday, 193.5 (-1.2). I think it is mostly water since I drank a lot yesterday and I was really shedding it all day and night. I felt terrible last night and did not work out but I did stay way under calories. Plan is to go tonight while daughter is in ballet. Even if I just walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes, it will be something.
