9/05 71kg YES! After my run it was even below 71
I had 3 good days of calories below and no LNS. Late but healthy dinner after last night's boxing, but no mindless snacking.
Big NSV: I had a look through the past couple of months' worth of logging and realised two things:
1. I didn't lose as much as I wanted to, because I had too many days off from counting. Mainly for social and fun occasions. So I should see it as a success that I've lost some and not gained, while also resetting my habits and being aware of triggers, saying no and also learning to treat myself.
2. I found a trend: I do very well when I eat 1600-1900 (exercise allowing). As soon as I hit 2000, I go crazy and can't stop myself, even if exercise cals would allow for that.
So this is a good start to the round, not just on the scale.11 -

05/09 Had a pretty active day yesterday, good logging too (tiny bit over - cardio hunger kills me everytime lol). Non-scale goal challenges going well so far this month. Today's aim is to finish at or under my calorie goal and get a good upper body workout in this evening before heading out on the water for an evening row.10 -

My official weekly weigh in, is Tuesday evening @ TOPS, so my ticker tape will reflect that loss.
My daily weight is on my home scale, so I can monitor how my week is going.
My ultimate goal is 175lbs, so any loss is a good loss.

Round 48 SW 178.2
Round 49 SW 177.8
Round 50 SW 175.6
Round 51 SW 174.0
Round 52 SW 173.4
9/05 173.4/ I knew those 3 pounds were just water weight. I drank a lot of water yesterday, stayed within my calorie goals, and squeezed in a work-out. My boxing class starts again on Monday which should help me stay on track. My goal for this challenge is to be in the 171s, but I would love to get out of this decade. For anyone feeling discouraged, take a look at my SW for each challenge. My weight is all over the place during each 10 day challenge, but my SW shows the progress.
