    My goals are 10,000 steps a day, try to control late night eating, and have my weight lower at the end then the beginning! Hopefully this is the round I go to the first digit of 1. Wanting to go to onederland

    9/16 200.3 I need to work on this better.
    9/17 200.5 We are going the wrong way. Luckily it’s not much yet.
    9/18 200.8 I am being lazy in my diet and eating semi-junk food. Don’t know why I don’t just push myself over this. Need to get back to clean eating. After not drinking pop for months had a bottle for the last three days. At least it is gone now.

    I typically don't set goals because I find myself sabotaging them. Stupid, I know, but it's true. Challenge goal:
    Stop binge eating my trigger foods which are too numerous to list.

    9/15: 135.8, date with restaurant food.

    9/16: 132.4, felt very hungry all day yesterday so I ate veggies and fruit and soup. Kept my mouth busy and maintained a deficit.

    9/17: 134.8, girl day yesterday which included wine, and 2 restaurant meals.

    9/18: 134.6, recovering…

    9/19: 132.8, main meal was during my break at work, 3:30-4:00. After work munched on a salad of cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion tossed with ACV.
