    @OncologyChick Enjoy your holiday! See you next month!

    @tinkerbellang83 Love the infographic!

    @fraukazi WOW! What a weekend you are going to have! Enjoy dancing at the wedding! Don’t stress over the proposal. You’ve got this!

    @SheilaBoneham Wow, the elimination diet is much harder than keto, in my opinion. Corn and soy by products are hidden in every ingredient list, it seems. Clean eating for sure!

    @denswrex POPCORN (with lots of butter!) Yum!! Haven’t had any in sooo long! What Hell hath comfort foods wrought? LOL

    @jerier I get it 100%! My husband was diagnosed with MCS/EI back in 1992 when people didn’t believe in it because there wasn’t a specific test to prove it. He eventually got a medical disability after seeing over a dozen doctors in a year. The last one was a psychiatrist who said it was all in his head. He had to visit him annually for 10 years! He still has issues - horrible headaches, shaking hands and stuttering when it gets really bad. We avoid all fragrances when we can but some things affect him that we can’t smell. It’s tough. Prayers to you!

    @iamworthy14 and @heymossy Your gain is more likely related to what you ate 2-3 days prior.

    @AJB1014 I think you know the solution but don’t realize it. You were still hungry so you ate more but DIDN’T GET ENOUGH WATER. Next time drink a glass of water. We often THINK we are hungry when we are only thirsty. Drink, drink, drink!

    @MadisonMolly2017 Dehydration also can cause headaches. Are you getting enough water?

    Ah yes, you're so right that I knew it but didnt realize - I think I subconsciously squashed that notion because I wanted chicken tenders! I need to get some more of the water enhancer so I'll drink water even when I dont too!!

    @quiltingjaine, Congrats on the new low weight! Thanks for the hug. I decided to not drink 20 ozs of water before bed and be in the bathroom all night long. That didn't work. Lol. I drank 20 ozs with electrolytes right after posting this morning. Headache went away, as I knew it would.

    @quiltingjaine Yes, it's restrictive, but only for 6 weeks. Then I'll start adding things back one at a time to see if any cause a reaction. Hopefully taking away foods known to cause inflammation will also reduce my inflammation markers further (they've dropped some since I took beef and anything made with flour out of my diet about a month ago). I've avoided added sugars for 3+ years, so that's no problem. And there are lots of yummy veggies, beans, lentils, fruits, fish, and poultry still within bounds. I'd much rather go without cheese and tomatoes than take steroids! So I'm hoping this works. I'm actually pretty excited about it since I feel much more in control working WITH a doctor and dietitian rather than under their "orders."

    @tiabirdie56 Thank you, Tish.

    @SheilaBoneham I don’t take “orders” well either!

    Round 53 (#17)

    I typically don't set goals because I find myself sabotaging them. Stupid, I know, but it's true. Challenge goal:
    Stop binge eating my trigger foods which are too numerous to list.
    #37: 142.6 - 137.4 = -5.2
    #38: 137.4 - 136.8 = -0.6
    #39: 136.8 - 136.2 = -0.6
    #40: 136.2 - 135.0 = -1.2
    #41: 135.0 - 133.6 = -1.4
    #42: 133.6 - 134.2 = +0.6
    #43: 134.2 - 133.4 = -0.8
    #44: 133.4 - 132.4 = -1.0 Body fat 28.0% acceptable range
    #45: 132.4 - 132.6 = +0.2
    #46: 132.6 - 133.0 = +0.4
    #47: 133.0 - 134.8 = +1.8
    #48: 134.8 - 137.2 = +2.4
    #49: 137.2 - 136.0 = -1.2
    #50: 136.0 - 135.4 = -0.6
    #51: 135.4 - 135.4 = +/- 0
    #52: 135.4 - 132.4 = - 3.0

    9/15: 135.8, date with restaurant food.

    9/16: 132.4, felt very hungry all day yesterday so I ate veggies and fruit and soup. Kept my mouth busy and maintained a deficit.

    9/17: 134.8, girl day yesterday which included wine, and 2 restaurant meals.

    9/18: 134.6, recovering… posting on my way out the door. I'll read everyone's posts later
