My challenge is to lose weight every second round.

8/26 - Out of town.
8/27 - 147. I missed the end of the last round since I was out of town for a long weekend. We walked everywhere and I even made it to the hotel gym. We also went on a guided food tour. Even before the trip, I had a round of no scale movement. I like what I'm doing this time. It feels sustainable and I hope that I can get to a healthy weight doing it. I'm going to go one more round without changing my program and see if the scale starts to move again. If not, I'll reevaluate for September. Even though the scale isn't moving, I feel stronger, healthier and just a little bit firmer.
8/28 - 146. Yay!
8/29 - 146. I got 146, 145 and 147 from the scale this morning with three consecutive weighings. Maybe my trusty old mechanical scale isn't so trusty anymore. But I kind of have a soft spot for it, I've had it since I was 19!
8/30 - 146. I'll take it. I've been having a little problem with cheesy crackers... Lots of cheesy crackers. I'm not sure what I was thinking, but I bought a Costco-sized package of them and we've been spending a little too much time together. Challenge for today: Eat no cheesy crackers!
8/31 - 145. Lots of exercise, water and no cheesy crackers yesterday. I was pretty excited to see 145 this morning.
9/01 - 145. Just sneaking in with a post before midnight in my time zone. Out of town again, so no weigh in tomorrow morning. Active day today doing lots of house painting. Happy to see 145 again this morning since I was afraid yesterday’s weight was a fluke.
9/02 - Out of town.
9/03 - Out of town.
9/04 - 145. Happy with the results this round, down 2 pounds total. I just read through all of the posts from the last few days and I'm inspired by everyone working hard and so many who are really active. I was exhausted the past few days after taking on a tiring home improvement project and I missed some of my regular exercise. Looking forward to getting back to it during the next round. It's a little unlike me, but I really am looking forward to it. Congratulations to everyone for another 10 days of sticking with it!10 -

Aims for this round - to exercise at least 5 out of the 10 days and to lose at least another 2lbs. My new mini goal is190lbs but I don't intend to lose it quickly as I'd rather lose it slowly so it stays off. So I'll aim for 195-194 for this round.

8/26 197.7- 1lb up from yesterday - not making the right choices with food. I used to keep a food diary and think I need to go back to this to see where I'm going wrong. No workout / lazy day.
8/27 198- 0.3 up on yesterday's weight... hopefully I'll start to go down now, as this usually the pattern ( I hope)
8/28 198- no change - better than going up!! Planning to go swimming tomorrow, as I say need to start moving and by telling my daughter she will nag me until we go.
8/29 198- again no change- went swimming, which was great..planning to do a dancing routine ( not sure which one yet).. trying to find an exercise that I enjoy and will fit in with work when I start back next week, so I can kick this number out the window. Used the MFP diary today.
8/30 196lbs - down 2lbs - I think that I wasn't eating enough and my body was holding onto fat as it thought it was staving ( I wasn't hungry). I've come to this conclusion because I ate more yesterday and the weight has started to drop again. I also upped my level of water to 3.5 litres and exercised. I will continue to track my meals and see what happens today. I'm not expecting another drop tomorrow, but I'm hoping to maintain this weight (that would be good).
8/31 195.2 lbs - so pleased to see my target weight for this round. It's my son's 17th birthday today, so we're going out to one of our favourite restaurants. It is a buffet style, so I'm sure that will trial to eat well. I do intend to enjoy the evening as my son is going away next year and I won't be with him for his 18th. I'll have to work off the extra pounds that I gain over the next few days... just hope that is not too many.
9/01 197lbs - I knew it was going to happen- I didn't eat as much as I would usually eat at the buffet, but I know that when other people make the food they would add more salt than I would usually have (I don't add salt in my cooking, due to a high blood pressure)- did drink loads of water yesterday ... but didn't drink enough today. Hoping the pounds will start to shift in the next few days.
9/02 197lbs - better than going up - still not enough water today, but more than yesterday
9/03 197.5lbs - spoke too soon - back to work today, so weighed in much earlier than I have been doing during the holidays ... finally started a dance routine, now to stick to it .. water levels back up
9/04 196.5- hoping that this is the start of another great loss for the next round - especially as my water is up ..my activity and exercise are also up ... see you in the next round and thank you all for your support :-)11 -

Round 45 GOAL - Goal Weight: 211.x um …. Haha… not when the round ends on a bumb!
Round 46 GOAL - To get to 210.x a ✅ - taking this round as a WIN!

Round 49 = ROAD TRIP!
Round 50 GOAL - to get to 205.x ✅ ACHIEVED!!! AMAZING! … Really glad I am moving on from the Road Trip

This is a long term thing, a few bad days or weeks is something I'm getting better at coping with.

8/26 - 60 kg, little bit chaotic yesterday, 1 h yoga, snacking continuously and had few glasses of wine.

8/27: 204.6. My start date. Off to a good start. 1 hour of exercise, 5 servings of fruits/veggies, 60 oz of water, and under my calorie goal.
8/28: 203.8. I got lots of walking in today and my legs are still sore from yesterday. I didn't drink as much water today and had popcorn and chicken fried steak so I'll probably see an increase in weight when I weigh again tomorrow morning. I was under my calories for today though. I completed my food log at the beginning of the day and substituted foods if I was craving something else.
8/29: 202.2. Another pleasant surprise this morning. My legs are still sore so today I used the stationary bike and did upper body strength training. Under calorie goal again. Tomorrow I probably won't have time to exercise so I really need to watch my calorie intake.
8/30: 202.2. No change. Goal for the day is drink water, stay under calorie goal, and try to exercise a little while even though it's a busy day.
8/31: 204.0. I felt stressed most of the day yesterday. I probably ate more calories than I thought I did. Didn't drink as much water. I didn't exercise. Had 1 beer. Time to get back on track today.
9/01: 202.0. Stay strong this weekend. Don't over do it.
9/02: 202.8. Too many sweets yesterday. Went grocery shopping yesterday and am able to plan meals and snacks to stay with calorie goal.
9/03: 203.8. Went and exercised first thing this morning to make sure it got done.
9/04: 206.4. I forgot to weigh myself first thing this morning like I normally do. Ah well, better luck next round.
The past 10 days have been interesting and a learning experience. Any little thing messes with my weight so I've got to take care of myself every single day.

8/26- Goal for the week get my walking steps up. Healthy eating, finally done with the steroids hopefully all the
swelling goes away. Theres a lot of spots. ( face, throat, behind my neck,)
8/27- Still a take it easy day, lots of swelling still.
8/28- Still not myself, I think it is because I cut back from taking my steroids. They are awful.
8/29- Feeling a lot better today, it is because of tapering off steroids. Walking steps are increasing.
8/30 walking steps are up today hit 18,438 slowed down on my water
8/31-Getting my steps up. Now to try healthy eating!
9/01- steps keep going up 13,557, busy weekend! Very tired out.
9/02- Rest day today! Goals for next week - healthy eating.
9/03- My steps were so high and then I went way down feeling very tired again I think is still coming off the steroids and radiation. The weather is very humid. Seems to bother my head where I had the tumour.
9/04 Steps were back up. I can tell swelling is starting to go down, in my neck feels great!5 -

9/01 - 183.4 - Made some healthy choices yesterday after I had my coke and it paid off!!! So happy to see a smaller number today

08/26 - I don't know!! Slugged down a bunch of water and meds before I remembered to get on the scale. The # will not be good however. Been stressing the last week or so. Cortisone shot in my spine tomorrow. Hope it helps.
