I have looked at so much information, and never got a definitive answer. Based on averaging all of the info I looked at, I got 235 calories burned. It's probably more than that knowing the FXB workouts :), but I would rather go a little under than overestimate my calories burned.

About 2 years ago I did the Ideal Protein diet. So gross! The "soup" mix tasted like hydrogen peroxide.

Thanks for the ideas! It's usually about an hour and a half between working out and dinner, and at the gym they tell us to get some protein with 45 minutes.
