I do a minimum of 14:10, but sometimes it's 16:8. Basically as a rule I don't eat before 12PM and don't eat after 10PM. I have a horrible binging issue and I've found skipping breakfast helps me. I also try to drink a minimum of 48oz of water in the morning before lunch. Not all at once I mean, I fill up a 24oz cup twice.…

Almonds, macadamia nuts, and walnuts are excellent portable snacks. You just have to watch the portion size because they're so easy to overeat. Quest bars are a good sweet replacement for cookies and desserts. I figure you're not American so I'm not sure they'll be sold in grocery stores in your area, but they're available…

My son will be 3 in December and I'm still nursing him day and night. I lost almost 100lbs between my first kid and him. I gained it all back after my pregnancy and maintained it until this year. I'm down 20lbs so far. I know exactly how hard it is to lose postpartum, that's why I've waited almost 3 years to really buckle…

I've always been a size smaller in Old Navy clothes. At my absolute smallest I fit into size 14 (!!!!!) jeans. I made the mistake of thinking I was a 14 everywhere and bought some pants at another store. I couldn't get them over my thighs. I was really a 16/18 in most places, but Old Navy definitely abuses vanity sizing.…

Flax pancakes. So disgusting. Also back when I did keto, I made fat bombs with a lot of stevia. I learned that I REALLY hate the taste of stevia.

I've struggled with binge eating since I was probably six or seven. I've severely culled the binges in the past year. I've only had one or two bad episodes. It friggin sucks, but my health and happiness are worth way more than that temporary high from binging.

Just for today: 1. Actually stick to what I put in my diary. No cheating. 2. Drink more water 3. Love myself a little more

All over, honestly. Even in my ankles and feet. I've lost varying amounts over my body, I'm the incredible shrinking woman! lol. But I hold it in my stomach and hips the most. If only I could make that fat gravitate toward my butt.

I'm 26, 5'6" SW: 294 CW: 201 GW: 150 I have a very large frame. There's nothing small about me, I have a big head, neck, wrists, hips, calves, ankles, feet...alll of it. So I'm being conservative and making my goal the very top end of healthy for my height. If I get there and want to lose more, I'll do it.

One day at a time. It eventually becomes a habit, and when you skip a day (or week, or month, we're not perfect), something feels inherently wrong.

Dude, if I can do this, you can do this. I've said it before, I'm a lazy little *kitten*. I don't really like working out. I don't always like weighing and logging what I eat. It's so much easier than it was a year ago, but I still struggle with stuff. Anyone who ever said this was going to be easy is trying to sell you…

I'm 5'6". My goal is 150. I don't have a clue what my body will look like at that weight. I'm 198 in my profile pic, sooooo who knows? I'll reassess at 150 and see if I want to keep going or go into maintenance.
-
Yeah, it sounds like you really do need to up your calories if you're working out as much as you say. It's almost impossible for someone of an average weight, height, and activity level to not lose weight on 1500 calories. Do you use a food scale to weigh your food, or do you use measuring cups and estimates?

Feel free to add me! I'm five pounds away from my 100 pound loss. My final goal is 144 pounds in total. :)

I don't know, man. I really don't know. I had a temporary lapse in sanity, lol. To be honest, I was trying to figure out a way to get more protein. I saw on the bodybuilding.com forums that some people put eggs in their oatmeal. It was heinous. I eventually bought some protein powder and haven't looked back.

Like four Christmas cookies, last Monday. Shameful. Oh, and I had a big cup of eggnog with Fireball.
-
Omg!! That's such a huge accomplishment, congratulations! We must be around the same height and build (I'm 5'6" with a very large frame), because I won't be considered overweight until I get to 180. That must feel so good. Go celebrate :)

I don't know where I'd be without my food scale. It's not expensive or super fancy, but that dinky little terror gets the job done. That, my HRM, and MFP have been the most important tools for my weight loss. There's no way I could have done it with just measuring cups.
-
I tried putting eggs in my oatmeal. I don't think I did it right, because it tasted so effing disgusting. I couldn't mask the egg taste.

I've had that kind of stomach since I was very young. It got worse after I had my kid six years ago. My mom also has that kind of stomach. I think it's genetic or some crap. Anyway, I hate it :( Mine is starting to look better, but I don't know if it's ever going to completely go away. Yours looks better than mine.
-
Yep. I always thought I'd feel so much better once I lost weight. I still don't know what I'm going to look like at my goal weight (50 pounds from now). While I do have a marked increase in confidence, I didn't transform into this sexpot goddess or something. I'm still the same person. I still have the same imperfections,…

Yep. I've lost 55 pounds this year. Of course it depends on where you were when you started. I was 255 in January, I'm now hovering around 200. I haven't been 100% strict, either. I'm doing this as a lifestyle change, NOT a diet. So I still go out to eat, have cheat days, eat junk food, whatever.
-
Oh god no, I'm extremely proud of losing almost 100 pounds. It's a major accomplishment that most people can't claim. Yeah, I'm embarrassed and ashamed that I was almost 300 pounds once upon a time. BUT I'm not anymore, and will never be again if I have anything to do with it. I'll talk about my weight loss to anyone who…

"I wish I could be like you." DUDE IF I CAN DO IT SO CAN YOU. I'm not even kidding, I'm the laziest little *kitten* there ever was. My favorite pasttime is staying in bed all day. I love food, I love shoveling it into my piehole. But oh, wait, I found it somewhere within me to lose weight and get hot. So like...if I'm…

Look up videos on youtube. I only work out at home. I do zumba and fitness blender videos. Fitnessblender has a lot of low impact stuff.
-
Jeez :( This really is sobering. I'm the lowest I've been as an adult and I'm still 99% bigger than the females in the world. Ughhhhhhhh. 83% bigger in the US. I think I'll go cry now. Bleh

Oooh snap, that means I'm close. It's 35" at the smallest point right now, I gotta get to 33.

This is SOOO true, and it's been a driving force in my low self esteem problem for many years. I love fashion, but I haven't been able to truly participate in fashion until now. Like it or not, we all express ourselves through what we wear. Now that I fit into standard sizes, I can dress how I feel instead of being forced…
-
Good god yes. I don't have very good fashion sense since I've spent years being too fat to shop just anywhere. But I even have it on my profile. One thing that motivates me is pretty dresses :) I'm SOOOOO giddy every time I go clothes shopping now. It's like Christmas, I always find something in my size now.

Mine was buying a pair of size 14 jeans. I've never been that size as either a teenager or adult. My highest size was 24.
