It is so great to see all the responses on people's struggle and victories!! Everyone has their own way of dealing with their weight loss, and I think you can get inspired to keep on track when you see others so happy that they are winning the battle of the bulge :) Keep up the great work everyone!

I still eat the foods I love, just in moderation. My daughter wanted homemade pizza for her 16th birthday over the weekend. I did not deprive myself, I ate 2 small pieces with a salad. Feel free to add me. I have lost 25 Lbs in about 2 1/2 months. I am always looking for people who are supportive and encouraging. I am not looking to drop weight in a unhealthy manner, but I am good about keeping my calories logged everyday. Now I just need to do better with the exercise part.

I'm 5`4", 238 ibs and I wear ( just recently can fit in them again :) ) size 18 from ColdWater Creek. So excited to be able to put a bigger size away and get out a smaller size! I officially feel like I have accomplished something.

I will be giving up the elevator at school. I really need to be able to walk up stairs without getting winded and the younger students looking at me like i'm gross lol

Oh and one more thing, the food the tracker always says i'm over on my protein. I eat only what I should, but meat and fish are a part of my diet. How do I avoid going over while only eating it once or twice a day?

I have not watched my sodium, i will check into my consumption. Does anyone know what your sodium intake should be.

I think I feel guilty when I eat the calories that I work off. I know I shouldn't but it seams like so much food, and I am not always hungry. I know it took a very long time to put on the weight and it will not just fall off, was just wondering if maybe i was doing something wrong. Thanks for the input :)

I hate that i have to spend twice as much on clothing than my smaller counterparts. Not only has it cost me more to feed myself ( this is how I got fat), but then I have to spend all this money on cloths. I am so over it and working hard to change my habits. You may be trying to lose the weight too quickly. For good health you should be losing 1-2 pounds per week. I saw other posts about your lack of protein and I think they may be right. Your body needs the protein to function properly. Good luck, and I hope you feel back to normal soon :)
