I'm 5'7. My starting weight was 192 and I'm currently around 162. I want to lose another 5-10lbs and tone up. The lowest I would ever go is 150. for my body type after that I would look crazy lol

I hate finals! But to help me I keep healthier snacks in my bag at all times so I'm not tempted to eat crazy. Or I go In an area that no junk food is around so I'm not tempted to eat it

Especially since you're sleeping right after dinner you could probably easily just pack half of it to go so you don't feel deprived while you're working. Doing that has really helped me get through my shifts and not go over my calories

I'm new to the whole macro thing so I wouldnt be of much help. I understand the feeling of falling off track with finals coming up! I try to keep a healthy snack packed in my bad just incase I need something quick

I'm a college student also and sometimes I work night shifts (12-4) or (4-8), what I do is I save half of my dinner so that I can have something to eat during my work shift but not go over on my calories

I was only looking for suggestions that's why I didn't include the amount of protein that I am eating. But if you can look at my food diary to get an average amount of protein that I eat weekly. Also thanks to everyone for the suggestions! I appreciate it :)
