  • To pass the test for my next promotion at work, it's going to be a lot of hard work but I am so ready for the next level
  • I live just outside of Nashville, moved here 2 years ago from Virginia Beach, VA and I love it here. Looking for any local workout buddies and here to give some support. I have about 30 lbs to lose
  • Hendersonville here it would be awesome to find some workout buddies nearby, like gallatin or madison
  • I live just outside Nashville in sumner county and I don't really know of many places either aside from parks, there is one bike trail in Gallatin that I know of. It would be awesome to have someone local to work out with
  • What part of TN are you in? I am in TN as well and could use a workout buddy. I don't go running because of joint problems and asthma but I try to do the insanity workouts as well as going to the gym and I need someone to keep me motivated that is willing to work out with me.
  • I am 5'4" and at my highest was probably 150(I refused to get on a scale). My highest weight on a scale is 145 and that was a little over a week ago. Today I was down to 141.7. I would really like to be back down in the 110-115 range that I was in a few years ago. But really regardless of the number I want my favorite…
  • you absolutely can do it. And if you feel you are deprived maybe set smaller goals like 1/2lb a week to start so you will have a higher calorie count and you can work your way down to less calories. Also drinking a lot of water and eating high fiber foods helps keep you full longer. Feel free to add me and you can do it!
  • you can friend me if you'd like. I have a tendency to work out or do things for a week or two and lost 5-7lbs and then quit, then I am back where I started. I need mutual motivation to keep me going so that I can do this for the long haul, and of course I will help give you motivation.
  • Good for you, you can do it! Just try not to overload yourself in the beginning or you will burn out quickly. If you weren't working out before start at 2 or 3 days a week and then work your way up to doing more. If you go from nothing to trying to do extreme workouts every day you will overload yourself. Use small goals…
  • I have about 30lbs to lose but I plan on staying on here so that I can maintain my weight once I hit my goal. You can add me if you'd like
  • you can absolutely do it. It does take discipline and hard work but it can happen. If you want it you will make it happen. There are plenty of people on here who have struggled with weight problems their whole lives. They didn't start out skinny and are only seeing a thin version of themselves for the first time now. If…
  • My journey started with me being very uncomfortable with my weight for the last year or so but it didn't really hit me until this past July. My sister got married, since she is my sister I was included in a lot of the photos taken at the wedding. I couldn't believe the person I saw in those pictures, it didn't look like…
  • you can add me if you would like. We can all use all the support we can get
  • do you have a microwave? I have been eating the reduced calorie tv dinner meals for my lunches at work. I work in a grocery store so there is constant temptation to grab something else but one little meal keeps me satisfied until after I get home from work(and I generally eat a salad for snack). Most meals run between…
  • I am also getting married...in APRIL so I need to stop procrastinating and get to actually eating healthy and losing weight. I could definitely use some motivation since my fiance has also gained weight but he is happy with his weight now since he was previously underweight. I would really like to lost like 30lbs but…
