I'm almost 5'9" and I started at 165 and the lowest I got on MFP was 153. My goal is 145 and I feel like its so difficult for me to just get below 153! Then I started Jillian 30 day ripped and within 3 weeks I gained 4 lbs :/ so I'm 157 now ugh! My other goal is to wear a bikini at age 38 in the summer and feel comfortable…

You look great!! I'm your height and I dont like my stomach either (due to having 3 kids). I feel like it took me forever to just get down to 154....now my calories decreased and i'm hoping I can get below 150 or your weight by summer. Keep up the great work! You inspire me! Can I friend you?

Great work ladies! My goal is to wear a bikini this summer at age 37! :) Love this thread! I was wondering where you all purchase your bikinis from? I'm a little busty so I need a top that has good support/quality. I started out at 165 and currently 154....I would like to get down to 145 or 140.

I had hernia surgery in April (left side) inguinal hernia and now I have to have surgery in 3 weeks for another inguinal hernia on the right side. I know it took me awhile to get my strength back (only walked for weeks after surgery for exercise and was on weight restriction). I guess my question is, will I ever be able to…

See when I did insanity for awhile and turbofire they do tell you that you burn 500 or more calories and it isn't true. So I was just "guessing" at the time (went upon what they said) and did MFP and I was wondering why my weight wouldn't drop! I was like dang I bust my hiney and nothing is dropping! I have the pink one too but mine is WAY LOWER than the machine or MFP. Its so sad to see if this is the "real" calorie burn...BLARGGGGG
