What brand is best for healthy oatmeal? Anything that isn't instant? Also I see some people talk about overnight oatmeal? What is that? I want to eat healrhier oatmeal instead of instant :) Thanks for your help!

Any oatmeal that doesn't have the flavors in it, as a lot of the instant packets tend to have - lots of sugar in there! I use regular Quaker Oats or a Multi-Grain Oatmeal from Trader Joe's. Two minutes in the microwave, stir, two more minutes, done. I add plain Greek yogurt for protein, some fresh fruit (berries, peaches, pears, or bananas - whatever I've got), toss in a few raw walnuts, a drizzle of honey and a few shakes of cinnamon. Delicious and filling!

I really like steel cut oats. It takes longer to cook, but it is really good. I put truvia, cinnamon, chia seeds and use almond milk on it with blueberries (fresh or frozen) on top.
