I buy veggies & fruits on the clearance rack that are very very ripe. Take home wash, slice, dice, shred, etc and freeze. Super savings there!

I had Gourmet Sirloin Tips over brown rice & 1.5 cups of steamed broccoli ~ 435 calories. It 'twas yummy! Found the recipe on a new app on my phone (by allthecooks.com).

I have lost around 26 lbs so far. I did it through commitment to myself and using MFP (the site & the app). It started with the app and I am pretty sure I wouldn't have done as well without having the app. It makes it so MFP goes everywhere with me.
