snacking way too much?

my meals are quite small, always under 300 calories. i never go over my calorie limit (except i use my exercise allowance as i am not overweight) but i have 3 meals a day and snack 3-6 small snacks a day that are 200-400kjs. so i feel like im cheating when im really not. should i make my meals bigger or stay as i am?

My hubby gives me a lot of grief about how much 'snack' food I buy and how I am eating all the time. But you know what? It's working. I don't like sitting down and eating huge meals. It just leaves me with an overly full feeling and then hungry again not long enough afterwards. And I've been losing the weight and keeping it off. So I say, if it works for you, do it. I'm a big fan of 'grazing'....0
