Yes it works. I was told his first in weight watchers. I lost more on WW the weeks I ate most if not all my points + my extra 35 points they gave me each week. Now using MFP I usually lose more the weeks I eat all my calories and even go over a day.

I don't give up anything. I eat within my calorie range and if that means getting a piece of pizza, or meatloaf and mashed potatoes I'll have it. I just know that I will have to eat less after that to make up for the calories those foods gave me.

I can't shop to early because I end up giving it to the person it's for. I'm not good keeping surprises!! I'm looking around for stuff now, but my "official" Christmas shopping starts Black Friday...then it's on from there!!

I can't give you one...I'm eating there for lunch! I don't limit myself from eating anywhere. I just make better choice. No fries, no soft drinks or desserts, ect.

bump I'm curious too because I have alot of water retention and was put on a fluid pill a few years ago. While researching today I read that potassium being to low can cause it.

I AGREE!! We can't live the rest of our lives never having the old food we liked to eat. I still eat what I want, just in smaller portions. Like for lunch today I'm eating a big mac. That's a HUGE compromise for me because used to it was a big mac, large fries and a sweet tea...over 1200 calories. Now I'm down to the 500…

Your pretty much wanting 4lbs/week until Christmas, right? I think that is WAY to fast!! Slow and steady wins the race! You didn't gain it overnight so don't try and lose it overnight. If I lose 6-8 lbs/month I feel I've had a GREAT month!!

Nope your not the only one!! From the first of Sept to New Year's it's MY TIME!! I LOVE this time of year!! I live for Halloween, Thanksgiving and especially Christmas. Most people get the winter blues, but not me. It's when I get that extra pep in my step!

A healthy way to increase your calorie inake is with nuts. They are fatty, but it's GOOD fat!

No, but last night I bought I got the Walk Slim Fast & Firm 4 mile video with toning band and I LOVED it!!! I only did 2 miles which took 27 minutes so I need to work myself up, but it has me sweating my butt off!!! I loved the aerobics moves she incorporated in it!! But I LOVE LOVE LOVE old school aerobics too.

Awww. That has definatly made me shy away from the forums. I will be very very selective on what I respond to. I felt so violated even though nothing "happened" to me. It's so scary that people are like that and find something like that amusing.

Your gonna get yes and no answers. It's all what fits your body. I eat mine most of the time and I lose. I've lost 22 lbs in 7 weeks. Some people don't lose eating theirs. If you losing while eating them they why stop?? I mean who wants to eat less when they can keep eating and still lose??

My goal weight is the high end weight of a healthy BMI. Maybe I can get smaller than that...maybe not, but just being in the healthy range when right now I'm in the morbidly obese range would be AWESOME!!!!

The only people I speak about 'specifically' are the ones I know personally. They were all in LOVE while fat and then lost the weight...got other men's attention that they wouldn't normally get before and bam they were to good for their husbands. I know there can be LOTS of different variables also.
