  • I played yesterday and thought it was great. Didn't feel like a big caloric burn but it took us about 2 hours to play the whole course, so it couldn't have been too bad!

  • I do my Couch to 5K after I get up and have some water. Then I go to work and eat breakfast - sometimes it is a tough thing to get going on especially when you are tired, but it feels good to start your day that way. Good luck!

  • having a good, extra hard workout definitely isn't a bad idea, but I think it would be better just to jump back into your normal routine - that way you just treat it as a blip and don't have to get your mind thinking that you need to go crazy at the gym or starve yourself to counterbalance ya know? just keep grinding

  • I just kayak'ed for the first time this past Sunday and it was amazing. It worked out nicely this time as there were no boats on the lake (still a bit early in the season up this way) and so I was able to learn without dodging boats :) It was a great workout and a lot of fun - looking forward to going back out.

  • I think most people are good about getting out of the way if they know you want in. It is annoynig, but it's a fact of life unfortunately - some people are at the gym to socialize more than work out :laugh:
