I do OMAD but it’s because I have tummy problems. If I eat 3+ times a day I have tummy problems 3+ times a day so one is just enough for me! I know it’s not for most people but as long as I get enough calories and all of my nutrients in the one large meal it’s been okay!

I second for popsugar! Lots of easier workouts to choose from!

I have fibro, the best days i have pain wise are days where I’ve exercised (yoga, a hike, or light cardio), gotten acupuncture, or did something that truly made me happy/distracted me from the pain. I’ve heard some people say that meditation helps. The fibro itself doesn’t change my appetite either way but the medication…

I upped my calories and lowered the amount of cardio I’m doing and I’m down 4 pounds of the 10 already! So excited to finally be past this plateau

Me too!

I’ve actually had the surgery so I’m not sure if my advice will be as helpful to you, but pre surgery I would do mostly body weight exercises and occasionally lightweight (not more than 20 pounds), lots of stretching or yoga after, acupuncture, and pt. Currently I’ve found that float therapy helps, still yoga and…

I’m 6’1” and more muscular than average, for me I like to maintain around 190, if I hit 175-180 I can see abs. But that being said everyone is different, and everyone’s journey is different. Do whatever makes you the most comfortable
-
6’1” (just over the limit sorry!) and 184, goal is 175 but I carry a lot of muscle
-
25 pounds down since my spine surgery, 10 more to goal

Do you really love the lamp or are you just saying you love the lamp?

When I don’t feel like being bothered I have 2 go to shirts, one that says “do not disturb” and one that just says “nope”. They get the job done haha

Hey y’all! I put on some weight after a spine surgery and now I’m trying to lose to take some pressure off of my back. I’m 6’1” and 24 feel free to add me :) SW: 215 CW: 188 GE: 175

Yeah I always do fasted cardio as soon as I wake up and my eating window is 12-8pm as well and I’ve had no issues with it at all
-
I lost 30 pounds that I gained after the death of my finance, then had to have spine surgery and gained another 25 back, finally ready to just focus on getting myself healthy and now I’m about 15 pounds from my goal, here’s hoping it stays off for good!

I'm 23 and 6'1", in already down 20 pounds, just 10 more to go! Add me!
-
I am! Have been doing it for 2 weeks and have already lost 8 pounds
-
I'm 6'1", around 205 now, in a size 8 and don't have a specific goal in mind. At one point I was 185 and a size 4 but now with lifting weights I don't think that's realistic. I'll probably end up somewhere around 195 and be happy to maintain there. Although as some of the ladies pointed out earlier at my height and weight…

6'1" eating 1600, lost 8 pounds in 6 weeks. Close to goal though, not sure if that makes a difference
-
From how you're describing yourself I'd say we have very similar body types :) I'm 6'1", currently 200 and a size 10, at 185 I'm an 8 and that's a great place to be for me. At 175 I'm a size 6 with visible stomach definition

Even closer! SW:204 CW: 180 GW: 165 6'1" 21 years old

Oh me please!!! Ends just in time for my birthday :)
-
Around 1600-1800 on average :)

I'm 6'1", lost around 40 so far in total, have 10 to go till I hit my goal of 185. I'm already pretty much where I want to be but they say the last 10 pounds are the hardest. But I feel your pain, I've always been overweight until this past year or so. Feel free to add me

There's a few good trails up by the Hollywood sign, some beach trails in Santa Monica that are nice, and if you're near woodland hills plenty of trails through the neighborhood over there and parks with exercise equipment
-
I don't think I would mind but luckily I just happen to end up with guys who are into health and fitness anyway. But I couldn't be with someone who only wants to party and only wants to drink. I would want some type of lifestyle things in common
-
You won me over with your interests! lol but I'm 6'1", 10 pounds from my goal weight but I also lift and eventually want to do a 10k. Yoga twice a week.
-
About 10 pounds that I've managed to keep off but I was ill and only consuming around 1000 so I definitely wouldn't recommend that. Healthily around 5 pounds.
