  • I have lost almost ten pounds in three weeks and I've had.... Pizza Burgers Pasta Bread Rice Chocolate Cookies French fries Think I'm doing okay. I'll stick to that. This is the first diet I have been able to stick to full heatedly, and it's because I'm not denying myself anything.
  • It's confusing because I only work 2.5 days a week. That's what I calculated at fat 2 fit radio. I'm pretty active at work but due to my condition I'm pretty much sedentary the rest of the time.
  • If say I was on slimfast, which I've been on and will never do again I would be consuming no less than 1350 CPD. I lost weight on that easy, but it came straight back on. All because it doesn't teach you portion control and how to eat properly. It's really hard coming from a lifetime of yoyo diets, and bad learned food…
  • Yes, because I always save some for the night, anywhere between 100 and 200. If I'm not hungry I don't eat them.
  • Nothing's quite as good as bread, but I love haloumi cheese with soup. Whole meal pitta (I know it's still bread), but you shouldn't cut out carbs all together.
  • Thank you. Was having a mini freak out cause I've already eaten it..
  • Amen! It's totally put me off takeaways. It was truly disgusting slop. I can't believe there was a time in my life I would've enjoyed that. Eating better totally changes your taste buds. Give me fresh any day!
  • I managed to not eat the whole thing again just a few fries. I love he roadmap thread. My TDEE is around 2400, and I worked super hard at work today, so it's probably more than that today. Just hope it won't effect he numbers on the scale on Tuesday.
  • What's wrong with chocolate? If you have calories left eat it. Honestly there are loads of posts just like this every day. So forgive people if they seem flippant. It's a newbie mistake to no want to eat. Read the revised roadmap to see why this isn't good for you. EAT GIRL EAT! Skinny people love food just as much as fat…
  • Wow all great answers. Thanks for your support.
  • Ah will try that
  • Unfortunately this isn't possible. Hubby is making tea tomorrow night, and although he's very supportive I think he will stop short of weighing out everything. I'm great full for him making tea, so I'm not going to give him orders about do this do that. He usually dishes it out, but I said I would do it . I just don't know…
  • My number 2 is to prove all the neigh sayers wrong.
  • Why eat only cereal when you can eat whatever you want within you're calorie goal?
  • Go to fat2fotradoo.com and see what you BMR number is and your tdee number is. Unless you're very overweight you should eat no less than you're BMR. The amount of salt in processed foods could cause you to retain water. The body is very complex and it's not a case of the less calories you eat, the more you lose. How are…
  • I've actually gone 30 calories over today, and I'm okay with that. My tea wasn't the healthiest, but it's what everyone else was having. Judging by the calculations for the next 5 weeks when you finish your diary was around 3 pounds more than it was on less calories. I realised now eating to little is far too counter…
  • I've just read the revised road map thread it's a real eye opener. Search revised road map, and it tells you everything you need to know. Less is not always more.
  • I know you loose lots of fluids when you've been throwing up. Give yourself a day or 2 to rehydrate, or skip weigh in this week all together if you can.
  • Wow! Just finished reading the revised road map thread! My gosh now I feel so stupid! My BMR is 1789 my TDEE is around 2452. At my goal weight I can eat 1592 doing very little activity. I know I'm not the first and definitely won't be the last to think that not reaching my daily calorie goal is a good thing. This is where…
  • Thanks guys. I do eat lots of veg and some fruit on my meals. I know this is stupid, but I'm scared of fruit. If I eat fruit I'm always over on sugar. To me excess sugar = fat.
  • Will make my diary public
  • I'm not a big fan of oatmeal, but I have found instant oatmeal sachets that I love. It's alpen brand here in the uk, and there's al different varieties around 160cals. I also a big fan of the 2 egg omelet.
  • Thanks so much for the detailed advice siege..I will up my calories...I could be eating more fruit, but it takes so much off the sugar for the day..I know about good sugars and bad sugars, but this app is just general sugar. Also my lunches are pretty much just a bit salad.
  • I was going to say this! I'm in the uk, nice to know the us has Aldi too!
  • Thanks for the advice guys...I really want this to work..I'm 5'3 and 1/2..BTW
