Just got a new fitbit charge. I've followed all instructions but nothing is showing up in my diary. Am I missin something?

Upping calories..advice?
I'm currently on 1200 cals a day. I was thrilled in the first week when I lost 6 lbs. However, I've only lost a pound this week so I'm feeling a little deflated. Package and MFP info don't match
I ate 102 grams that it said on the packet to eat. It was a pork and crackling joint. I didn't eat any of the fat or cracking. The calories vary the paced says 235 cals and MFP says 395 for 110g. How do I know which was right? I wanted to have some soup later or a snack if I was hungry. Which information should I go by?

Spaghetti
We are having spaghetti tomorrow night with lean mince and low fat bolignaise sauce. How do I find out how many calories are in it. All the spaghetti items on the food planer are strange measurements like (1 plate) or 1 bowl. I am not used to portion control so I'm a little confused.
