I just started 30DS and do it every other day, working some sort of cardio in on the off days. I could barely walk after the first day! LOL Love it :o)

First and foremost, make sure you're ok! That's scary stuff :( Maybe you can get out for a light walk daily until you can get in to see your doctor. Nothing strenuous, but just too keep yourself moving? Best of luck, and I hope it goes well on Wednesday! :flowerforyou:

I'm from Iowa and always walk 1.8 miles daily at lunch as long as it's not raining or steaming hot! I'm in! :drinker:

I ran my first 5K back in June and was worried about the same thing. I finished in 34 minutes....I wouldn't worry about being the last to finish, you'll do fine! Go for it :flowerforyou:

You will do this! Welcome! I also used to use the excuse that my family is just destined to be "fat". Both my mom and sister are overweight, and my mom has had both knees replaced because of the stress on them. My goal is to not have to have that done when I get older. Good luck with the program! :smile:

I weigh myself daily but only log once a week. I've found in the past when I stop hopping on the scale daily, my weight will creep back on, so this kinda helps keep things in check. It's something that works for me, but not everyone. Good luck!
