Starting 10/22 - any tips or recommendations?
I just received my dvd's and am starting the Body Revolution on Monday! I'm not sure how closely I'll be following the meal plans, but I'll try to mirror that the best I can! Nervous but excited at the same time! :happy:

Am I ready for my first 5K?
I'm currently doing the Couch To 5K program and just completed Week 6 Day 1 this morning. My husband signed up for his first race this coming Saturday and I'm considering joining him. I'm just looking for a little input....is week 6 too early to even consider this? I still run at a snails pace!

Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred vs Ripped in 30
I've seen a lot of posts about the 30 Day Shred, and while shopping for it, I found the Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30. I am curious about these two workouts.... What's the difference between the two and which would be recommended? Thanks!

Varicose Veins
I have a varicose vein in my lower right leg. I'm throwing the question out there....could it cause problems with running? I've recently started the C25K program, and was just curious. Thanks for your input!

Muscle Gain = Almost zero weight loss?
I've been doing a version of Power 90 now for almost 50 days. I mix up the cardio portion with a day here and there either on the treadmill or the elliptical, while doing the Sculpt 3-4 every other day. I have literally lost 0.4/lb in this time.
