I've seen a lot of posts about the 30 Day Shred, and while shopping for it, I found the Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30. I am curious about these two workouts.... What's the difference between the two and which would be recommended?

Thanks!

I am almost done with 30 day shred, just four more days. I can talk about that, it is 20 minutes for each level, and its circuit training,3 minutes strength, 2 minutes cardio and 1 minute abs and she repeats, no breaks. I did each level for 10 days straight, level 3 i did 6 days straight and stopped for 2, I like it, it works out every part of the body and the time is great.

I have both. They are pretty similiar. I just think Ripped in 30 is a newer version. There are a lot of the same exercises in both DVD's, some of the moves are changed up a bit. I just rotate both of them.

30 Day Shred is awesome...I lost quite a few inches doing that dvd...it's got three different levels that combine strength, cardio and abs. I just started on Ripped in 30 and it has 4 levels....basically like a more difficult 30 day shred. You should try it!
  • my wife just bought the workout game for the wii. she cant wait to try it out. After my shoulder heals from the surgery i will tyr it with her

Thanks everyone! Your comments have helped a lot! I get bored easily, and I like to try different workouts to mix things up. I think I'll give it a try!

Thanks for your comments. I've done the 30 day and was curious about "Ripped" as well.
