Power 90

I just ordered Power 90! Exicted/scared/nervous at the same time....can't wait to dive in and bust through this plateau :happy:

    I hear it it great for breaking through. I'm getting ready to shed my next 20lbs using P90X. Have fun.

    I'm about to completed DAY 39 of P90 today...I have posted pictures of my results so far... P90 does work - just as long as you are on a strict diet plan...Cause it's only a 30 mins workout per day...! xo

    That is the plan! I don't have the time to commit to a full hour each day, so I'm going to give this a shot. I have just been doing cardio in the past few weeks and it's time to mix it up :)
