I also do low carb and some days find it hard to meet my calorie goal. I'll have a few slices of cheese or a couple oz of peanuts. That'll sometimes get me there. Good luck.

I've got one of those here as well. She's always looking for that magic pill or quick fix. Her famous line is "I really need to do something". It can be exhausting.

Agreed. I've had indoor cats all my life and they've always been declawed and neutered.

I quit cold turkey but switched to green tea for the caffeine. I can't tell you how much better I feel!

I'm supposed to finish up Phase 1 tomorrow, but due to an injury I'm going to repeat it for one more week and hopefully finish up strong before going into Phase 2 since I'm still not 100%. I'm out of the running for completing by the end of the year, but i'll still support!

I think the set at Target doesn't have the workout band, but I can't say for sure....that's what I've heard tho.

I'm in this group, and it's been really helpful! I'm sure the weight loss will taper off...I tend to lose right away when I start a program and then it will get aggravating! LOL
