I started Week 3 today, and all I can say is WOW! She really steps it up and I definitely struggled through it. Those plank moves are rough...I don't doubt things will improved, but it was tough!

Week two complete with great results! I'm down 5-1/2 pounds and my measurements are getting smaller. Starting workouts 3 & 4 on monday....loving this program so far! :drinker:

This! I also ride, I also found that running compliments my riding and vice versa.

the scale is evil and will drive you batty!

I did start on 10/22, and loved it...I swear I needed a wheelchair get around by Wednesday from the soreness! LOL But, it's been good. I just started week 2 yesterday.

Me too, got it at a great price as well!

I just started JMRB today, I'm not sure if I can get this done by the end of the year but it will be close!

Great results for everyone! I just started this program today and hope to share my results in 90 days!

Congrats on your success! (and thanks for the detailed account of this!) I am starting on Monday and was concerned about the low calories I am supposed to maintain throughout this. Your post has made me rethink that. Thanks again and you look great!

Thanks everyone! I have done some of her workouts in the past (30 day shred) but wanted an actual program. I only have 30 minutes in the am each day to squeeze in a workout, so I was thrilled when I stumbled across this one! I'll take all of your tips to heart and give it my best

How closely do you all follow the meals? I'm planning on implenting some of her ideas and creating my own food plan. I was just wondering how difficult it is to follow her meal plans. Thanks!

Like you, I am addicted to the scale and it will drive you batty! It may be just my opinion, but I feel you need to go off of your measurements, how you're looking, how your clothes fit, and not what some formula says you should weigh. A fit 170 pounds looks much different than a non-fit 170 pounds. Best of luck and hang…

I'm really happy to hear I'm not the only one. I like to get out by myself...it clears my head. I have a co-worker/neighbor who brings it up every now any then.

I use the Ease into 5K (formerly C25K) by blue fin apps and really like it. Plus after you get through the program there are 30-45-60 minutes runs at the end to keep your training up. Good luck!

Some friends on here as well as myself use this term!

I feel your pain! Mornings is right... I have to be up at 4:30 and have to be to work by 7:00 so I have to get it all done in those hours...it's rough some days!

This is why my husband and I don't tell each other what the scale says. It can be so aggravating sometimes when your spouse is dropping the weight like crazy and you can't make it move (or it goes the wrong way). I'm all for being supportive, but it's still frustrating!

Wow...I thought my 515 was huge till I saw 575! WTG!
