What is up? I'm Kendra from Virginia. Ultimate goal is to lose 100+ Currently 345 -- I work out now 5-6 days a week and eat clean. Looking forward to this. My first mini-goal is to lose 50lbs by my bday (Dec 11) -- would be nice. But we will see!

LOL I'm eating way below my TDEE and working out 6 days a week. I'm sure there's a calorie deficit. My TDEE varies between 3500-3800 depending on what calculator I'm using. MFP tells me to eat 1900 a day.

i don't typically track my water...but i usually have between 3-5 bottles of water a day. and you're right. putting the scale up. thx guys

well yes i love those other foods i haven't been eating pork a lot lately i actually went pescatarian a while ago...maybe last year and every time i eat pork, my body begins to hurt i've obviously eaten everything else since then, though. i just don't know a ton of recipes. but i will get a cooking light magazine.

Thanks guys for posting. I know it's really odd But I know I have fat feet. I mean you can look at em and see the chubby toes and cankles. I just wanted to know if anyone else could vouch for that. I heard it's the 'cleanest' option if you have to choose between that and margarine but i also understand it's not clean or healthy because it's sweet cream and often something else in it. I'm not sure.

im going to get into all that next week or maybe week after next. i just want to do something semi-dramatic to get myself into this lifestyle and see results. but again, 1000 wasn't my goal. since i posted this, i found another 600 cals to eat, so im at 1600 and that will prolly be up because it's sleepy time

i do a circuit which includes weight training. i guess i'll just have to believe that i'm building muscle. which is not what i desire. i'd like to fat first and get muscle later.

like i said the 5lbs came off in my first 7 days. actually it was 7lbs. gained 2 back. not saying i want to lose 5 a week. just saying why would it come off that quick week 1 and no other time? I was under the impression and have been told larger people lose weight quicker for reasons.
