Thanks so much for all the positive feedback guys. As for what I do... I eat 1500 calories and keep my goals for carbs and protein at both 45% of my daily calories and fat 10%. I work out five times a week for half an hour. I do strength training and run on the elliptical and use the stationary bike. Sometimes I play Just Dance for the Wii. I have bad days, but if I do I get back on the horse. No giving up for me! I welcome friends and I do share my diary with my friends so you can get an idea. I'm also very supportive.0

Wow, there's a lot of difference between these photos so I suspect you've lost loads of inches too! I'd never guess you were +300lbs in either of the photos.

That is amazing. Such an inspirational success story. I am 286 lbs so have a lot to lose. If I could lose 50lbs I would be so happy. Have you got any tips for me as I'm just starting out now.
