How big around was it?

Love this idea. Trying to think of a way to eat a bunch of this without dipping chips into it...

I make a LOT of this. Then I freeze leftovers in individual bags. When I am looking for something quick and easy, I take a bag out and thaw it in a pot of almost boiling water. Super fast leftovers.

If you like Teryaki marinade I use this with either breast or thighs. http://www.theyummylife.com/honey_teriyaki_hot_wings

Today is the reason I am glad I weigh myself daily. I started a week ago at 310.4 lbs (I know horrible). I weighed myself each morning and by day 3 I was at 307 (or in that area). I hovered there for the next 3 days and thought a 3-4 lb weight loss would be great. Official weigh in day comes and I am at 304.2. I didn't do…

I made something similar a long time ago. They are good but be careful making them. The mixture is VERY sticky.

Would it matter much to us all all purpose flour?

Found this recipe on this forum: 1 medium banana, 2 Tbsp Oats 1 large egg. Blend until smoothe and cook on skillet. 197 caloriea for whole recipe.

This sounds pretty reasonable. The stuff I make has a good amount of honey and soy sauce, so I'd lack to track not only calories but sodium.

You know, I never thought the Frisco Melt at Steak N Shake was healthy, but I had no idea it has more calories than a double quarter pounder at McDonald's...

Also, a lot of my wife's favorite meals involve chicken breast. I love eating chicken and like keeping my calories low. But a lot of times I substitute a boneless, skinless thigh for a boneless, skinless breast. Has slightly higher fat content which makes things taste better.

Is he a fan of chili? This is an old weight watchers recipe that I LOVE, it has ground turkey and tastes kinda like a chili: http://www.food.com/recipe/weight-watchers-low-fat-taco-soup-157732

Weight Watchers likes to manipulate what you eat by giving you lower or free points for healthy foods. The problem is, that at it's heart, WW is a Calorie restricting program. Allowing "freebies" to a group of people that might have restraint issues isn't a smart idea. A few years ago if you ate a lot of fiber with your…

I honestly think it thickened after it sat. Probably wouldn't be a problem if cooked right after blending.

The Op didn't say, so I went with regular. Worked great

Not sure how you got that figure. 1 Medium Banana 105 cal 2 Tbsp oats. 37.5 cal 1 large egg. 70 cal So 212 calories for the recipe. I made these this morning, they were very good. I added a dab of vanilla extract, which actually was pretty unnessicary. A tip I can give is to use the batter right after blending. My son was…

I am going to add a picture tutorial for the recipe builder in the app: Click add to diary: Choose which meal you want the recipe for: Click recipes: Click create new recipes: Add your Recipe name, how many servings and hit next: Click add ingredient: Hit the little barcode:…

It is built into the MFP app. So first step is making sure you have the myfitnesspal app. You "may" have to install an app called barcode scanner (I already had it installed so I am not sure if it is a requirement.

Amount of servings is defiantly needed. But since calories for food vary by brand it is better to figure out the nutritional info on your own. BTW if you have an android or iphone the recipe builder is awesome all you have to do is scan the bar-code and all the nutritional information populates. The only issue I have is…

No issues with paper. I used to print my recipes until I got my tablet and standup case.

I get collecting family favorite cook books, or keeping cookbooks you already have. But if you need a paper copy print the paper :) I guess I get that people are holding on to how they have always done something, but it is odd to me to pay for what others are giving away.

Sure, but there are better alternatives, which is why the map business has been decimated.

This is originally a wing recipe, but the sauce is so good I changed it for chicken breasts. Ingredients 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breast. 1 tablespoon corn starch 1-1/3 cups soy sauce 1/3 cup Mirin rice cooking wine* (or other white wine) 1/2 cup honey 1 tablespoon minced garlic 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger 2-3…
