Thanks ladies! I have already been tested once for GD, I have to test twice because I am "over weight" lol...I was around 5'8 and 190 when I got pregnant. Anyhow, my number was really low. I get tested again today. As for the heartbeat, we have another appointmet tomorrow, so hopefully I will know then. Thanks :)

What do yall have your calories set at? I put mine on maintenence and it was 2400. Im trying to stay way below that and its worked so far, but 2400 seems so high.

I did when I took it...I found I needed more food haha. Actually, I have stopped taking it because I couldn't work out like I wanted. I was so sick and weak after a workout, it was pretty scary. I have stopped taking it and upped my calories to 1600-1700 and I feel like I am back to normal, and hitting the gym hard again.…

Welcome!!! Congrats on the weight loss. I took the pills a long time ago after stalling in my own loss. I had dropped about 60 pounds, but was stuck. At 190 pounds, I usually lost between 250 and 300 according to my HRM, but keep in mind...I did the entire 30 minutes and was sweating and huffing the entire way haha. If you weigh less, I would assume you burned anywhere from 200-250, and if you weigh more than 190, I would guess somewhere around 300.

I take mine around 10 or 11 for that reason. Ive noticed that i feel weak at times though. I work out nearly day and im netting 1200, so im not sure why that happens.

Yup...mine hurts too, and definitely from jogging. I have been more aware of my stretching though, and that has helped. I must admit, I may be buying a foam roller today though! I have heard they are incredibly painful at first, but they get the job done.

I tried the "Phentermine" diet...I lost weight...and hair! I am one of the few who kept the weight off and had no other side effects. But let's be honest, I would rather lose weight slowly and have hair, then use pills to lose it more quicky and be bald. The hair loss is from extreme diets is most cases.

You are working out 6 times a week and only eating 1200 calories a day? I think I would pass out. On another note, based on your picture, I am not sure why you feel you need to lose weight. If you want a change in your body, stop looking at the scale, and start lifting weights.

VS models are definitely some of the most gorgeous women in the world! Many of them are skinny but fit, and their body shows it. For example...although they are both skinny, there is a big difference between a VS model and Victoria Beckham at her thinnest (and obviously very unhealthy).
