Thanks! It's definitely hard during the winter, especially when I'm not too fond of the gym/group exercise, lol. Though I did enjoy the class, certainly made me sweat, I just prefer to be outside doing my thang, lol.

Just finished day 2 of level one! Surprisingly I wasn't as sore as I thought I'd be, mostly feeling it in my shoulders and pecs. What about everyone else? Where are you feeling it the most?

My goal is to get down to 125 by the end of this school semester (May). I am currently 154, so I have a little ways to go. Starting with the 30 day shred and slowly working in additional workouts to get there. My treat when all is done is to get a new tattoo on my ribcage.
