Get to that Gym and start working it off. That's what I do when I mess up! Mess up and make it better by doing something good for yourself. We can't take back what we eat sometimes but we can try to burn as much as we possibly can. Keep up the good work and throw away the bad day! You can do it.

The idea is that if you eat more than the 1200 calories, if you messed up in your eating, you can still lose weight if you incorporate the exercise. The exercise is key! Try to stick with the 1200 calories and you will see faster results!

I started at 178 and am down to 174. I am only 6 days in to my new accountablility. I feel really good because I am eating better and feeling better. I don't know what my goal is because I have always been over weight. I think maybe 130 or better, we will see.

I do not have the same health issue, however, I have been on a weight loss plan for about a month and a half, have gone to the gym consistently with cardio and weight training.
