I try not to drink much soda. I prefer original coke or Dr. Pepper. Not diet. I may drink 3-4 cans a month. We drink Bai a lot. The carbonated version is very good.

It is an app in use called freeletics. I did it regularly for a week. Then got side tracked. I need people to work with daily for staying on goals.

Pretty good. I used to be shy as a kid and young adult. But I haven't been that way for a long time. So I would say. Good observation.
