Intended to do 18 today, but I did something much better. I did 12 total on TRAILS😁. And I inspired a friend to run/walk the trails with me.🤯🥳 so I'll call it a win on all fronts.

1.3 on the TM this morning then PT upper body circuit. Used the stability ball instead of the bench for a few exercises, Oof core activation. Long run tomorrow, on a trail....good thing my phone has GPS tracking so the emergency crews can find me😋😉💪🏃♂️

Welcome to all joining us for the first time and thank you @shanaber for setting this up. In for 100 with stretch goal of 150 again. Real goal is to complete the trail marathon at the end of the month, long runs every other weekend and remain injury/ illness free. Also stretching the streak for continuous running as…

Ended the month with 120, better than goal but not quite to stretch goal. Oh well was sick and had to run on treadmill for several days. Hopping to March thread.

Well done y'all!

@martaindale Congrats on the 10K PR and awesome bling ma'am! @MobyCarp Well done on the 1st place AG finish! Yesterday's run was on the treadmill, keep coughing up lovely thick stuff....but still getting some runs in even if shorter and slower than usual. The only thing that stinks with those runs is I can't track them in…

TM interval run this morning as it was misting and I was short on time before trainer, Upper body/core circuit with trainer. Working all weekend so no long run. Take care all, see you on Monday if Emergency Room is busy and if not will be here sooner, lol.

Digging on all the kitty pics, here's mine The cats were feral rescues, mom was killed by vehicle(not mine), and while they need their space I don't feel that they are any more needy than usual. So went out intending to do 6 this morning at an easy pace. It was 41 degrees and misting rain with some lightning, about every…

@Elise4270 knee hasn't slowed me down but the darn weather has. Thank you for asking.

2.3 and change bad *kitten* intervals in the rain and wind this morning. It was kinda misty with occasional gusts at the start quickly changed to steady rain being driven sideways into my face by the end of warmup. Embraced the suck and finished it off. 6 miles tomorrow if safe. “Good things come slow, especially in…

@katharmonic Do hope the back is feeling better /gentle hugs. @MobyCarp wow, just wow. What is the first time I have heard that story. Good on you for killing it ever since. @Avidkeo Mr. Snell's quote about running in the rain certainly applied this morning. And yes I understand the bias, I look up all the people I quote…

That is so freaking spectacular! WTG on talking yourself into a run today too...

Current running goals are to run consistently(read daily) for the entire year, the PR I am chasing is a distance PR. I will continue to push my long runs every other Saturday as long as I am able. Not quite sure where I will end up with my longest distance, but may get to 50+(inspirations from @7lenny7 and @PastorVincent…

@Elise4270 Or if looking for Bear in a Native tongue Awasos is Abenaki for bear or the Mohawk word for bear is Okwari (pronounced Oh-kwal-lee)...just some more suggestions, :D

@amirahdaboss Knee pain is entirely dependent on which part of the knee is hurting. For most knee pain RICE will work along with stretching the muscles surrounding the knee and the IT band, the tendon that runs from the hip to just below the knee. A foam roller is excellent for all of these stretches. @amymoreorless Race…

Never too late to set a goal for the month, runners of all levels here. As posted in the opening of this month's thread you can track however you wish. We are all here to support each other, be inspired and read the race reports. (except me, I just come here for the cookies BACON :p )

YAY! that's awesome ma'am! <3 did you post a race report in the main thread? We all love to see race reports and awesome accomplishments trumpeted!
-
Okay so work computer went down and had to be replaced, which took several days. Just skimmed through 240 or so posts... @samthepanda I wholeheartedly agree with all the advice that was given. As far as walking, when I did my half in October 2018 I walked quite a bit of it, and ran when I could. Other people were doing the…
