I personally do log my mowing calories. 10 acres with zero turn mower.

40 years old and 300 +lbs. so you averaged 7.5 lbs per year. You have lost 27 in one year. Taking it off 3x faster is Impressive

Tell her that is great news, and encourage her to come on this site to keep it off. Losing is never hard, it is keeping it off. Maybe she can learn the right way

I run thinking toes up. When I would push off my toes would cause me to cramp. Also, insanity has helped me make amazing progress in leg strength. Did a 7.2 mile run last night.

I will start logging my remote usage.

Considering you just joined. Try to follow the calculators. If it doesn't work then try what your doing. Calculators did not work for myself

As many have said: log everything, focus on macros

First, congrats on starting to push play. The first key is getting yourself in the mind, I don't want to be the majority. The majority will not do insanity because it is hard. Print the schedule out and be able to cross the days off as you go. Have water available and a towel. Push play and work on controlling your…

Here is my take. Many call for eat more others say eat less. Everyone is using their own success to base their opinion. Don't be afraid to modify and keep changing. I tried to go higher and had no luck. So, I have opted to go lower. Currently, it has helped, but I might have to change in the future. Even if the scale moves…

Congrats, that is awesome. Hope surgery goes well and without complications.

Your body likes the high feeling. It is a pleasure release. I don't see pounds falling off with increased water intake. Yet, I find my cravings for soda is almost non existent. . Before you eat anything ask your self this: is the 30 minutes of feeling good, worth that entire weeks frustration?

The calorie burned seems low. Did you stop when your HRM beeped at you? Mine never shut up at the beginning. I didn't need a beep I could feel it. Now, I hardly hear it anymore. You have to decide, to ignore it or not. Hunched over on the floor I would stop. Feeling ok but beeping, keep going but slow down. Part of the…

As p90x says. Keep pushing play. I always try to remind myself, making excuses created the problem.

My cardio ability has increased 100%.

Called the "running trots". Your internals are getting the shake down. Many runners carry tp for extreme emergencies.

I ignored macro ratios for a long time. Talking with a trainer he recommended 40% c, 30% p, 30% f. He also told me to eat a constant 1800 a day. So, far it is working.

Every time I walk by the scale. So 3+ a day. I have swings of 8lbs, I focus on my range, and only record new lows.
-
I understand the frustrations of not losing. I discussed my situation with a trainer, i had logged in for 135 days straight, doing Insanity and not losing. his recommendation was 40c,30,30 on the macros. 1800 total a day. It does not matter how much I do for the day. My intake says the same. The scale has started moving…

Your intake would be: 2150 for the day. 2150-420=1730 Based on your numbers above you had 834 left to consume.

How to drink a gallon a day. Carry the jug, and every time you look at it, take a drink. I prefer the jug over refilling the bottles over and over.

No, I never hit complete.

Get your body comfortable with 6 mile runs. For upper body I found p90x very helpful. Couch to 5k is also a great beginning run program. Feel free to add me. I am running TM Tampa in December. Training with a p90x/insanity/running program.
-
I can only wish. So, hardly ever hit complete.
