  • Not sure how to be changing macros. I went into goals and tried to change the percentages and decreased carbs to 15%. Not sure what the percentage should be on the protein and fats. Since i am on the induction phase the 15% carbs less the 21 g of fiber it was calculating should net a bit over their recommended 20% carbs.…

  • i didn't realize they made the kettle balls that you could add sand to increase the weight. This is certainly a different lifestyle but an enjoyable one.
  • I live on a boat so a folding bike works for me. Make sure you have enough gears for the type of riding you will be doing. Give the bikes a good ride before buying. My husband bought his folding bike through eBay and I have trouble riding it due to my angle over the handlebars so do your test rides.
