Help !

I need some help / advice please . I have lost 51 pounds . I still have around 130 pounds to lose . Prior to about 2 weeks ago I was losing 2-3 pounds a week . I eat 1300-1600 calories a day . I workout 6 days a week and burn 600-900 calories each workout . I drink a lot of water every day . I havent lost anything in the past 2 weeks . It's so frustrating ! I should not have reached the dreaded stall with so much to lose . What should I do ?

    first off...don't freak :o) ... weight loss isn't a straight line down, you'll lose some weeks, maintain others and possibly even go up from time to time, as long as the trend is down, just keep on keepin on....at least for a couple more weeks i wouldn't call it a plateau yet....
  • Some of the recommendations are to change up what you are doing as your body gets used to it when you do the same exercises. I am sure you will get a bunch of suggestions but do NOT give up.
