I eat what I exercise otherwise I wouldn't be able to stick to it :) I don't want to starve the body too much too

Yeah!!! So motivated guys :D :D Quite good yesterday. I ate below 1300cal and was fine :). I walked a bit which made it easier to go over a bit 1200 :) Have a great day :) P.S. My husband gave me a surprise (???h never does ;)): Brioche

I'm sorry that you are doing so much effort and not getting results that you would like. Remember to add any exercises you are doing on MFP, and you might see the deficit. I will start on Monday 26 next week. I have done it 2 years ago and I put all the weight lost back on. The phase 4 it's the hardest for me. Now I learned my lessons I will do the phase 3 basics for the rest all my life. By Christmas I should have lost 15 kg (over 2 stones). I am very committed.
