Well hello! My name is Julia and I have just started to consistently use this app to track my weight loss progress. I am currently enrolled in a 5 week bootcamp and am trying my best to eat strictly paleo in order to get the best results. Myfitnesspal has been awesome at helping me keep all my macros in check and I'm learning so much! I would love to get in touch with some like minded people to make this process much more enjoyable! So what's your story?

I have only been doing it for two weeks. Before that I was still eating healthy but I have had to cut dairy and grains from my diet as well. Hi PashCaline! Any favorite recipes you would like to share?0
