Oh boy. Well, my most embarrassing accident in the gym was when I was running on a treadmill. I wasn't going very fast, but it was at the end of my run. I closed my eyes for a second, and then I miss stepped. My foot hit half way on the tread and half way on the side of the machine. I was forcibly spun around and flung off…

I want to thank everyone for the lovely compliments and I'm so glad that I helped inspire some of you! You are all beautiful people and I believe in every single one of you like you believe in me. :flowerforyou: I also had a NSV today. I went shopping for the first time in a long time at a local Ross. Thanks! I don't really have a secret to be honest. The only thing I did differently was eat small portions more often, eat whole wheats instead of white, and eat more white meat. I eat a lot of protein and lowered my sugar and fat intake. but that's all I did! And working out as often as possible as definitely helped!

Wow thanks guys! All this information is definitely clearing up some confusion for me. However, for me personally I think i might take the middle road and eat back maybe half the number of calories I burn from exercising to try and keep things evened out. I'll experiment with this method for a while and see if it works.…

So if my calorie goal is 1800, and I exercise and burn 600+, I should be eating all that back? That seems like an insane amount of food to eat. I barely am able to eat 1400 without exercising.

First time posting, but this really made me smile and giddy all day. One of my favorite shirts that was a little tight in Jan which was the last time I wore it now hangs off me! I was so happy!

I usually just try to have a protein shake or something with a lot of protein in it after a work out. It seems to be working for me so far.

I did and I think it said it was around 2400 or so.
