I will look into buying at least 3lb ones but at the moment (since they were on offer and cannot return them) I am stuck with my 1lb each weights. Any tips on what exercises I can do? Even ones I cn do wen my heavier ones arrive? :)

Cereal bar or Yoghurt for breakfast, soup and bread for lunch and something lk chicken stirfry or healthy micro meal for tea.

Ive been doing 1200 a day for four weeks and have lost 15lb :) thats with very minimal exercise too. There have been days when i've eaten slightly higher cals(meals out etc not as easy to monitor) but im still pleased with such a loss. I find chewing gum in moderation helps me. The chewing makes my brain think im eating. Usually about 3-5 cals per piece of gum i would say. Low fat yoghurts are quite good too, especially if you take ages eating it. I have a yoghurt for breakfast every morning and make it last like 15-20 mins by dipping the spoon in and…
